People often gauge a person’s strength by just looking at the size of his/her arms. Well-developed biceps, triceps, and forearms are often interpreted as indicators of significant arm strength.
But while well-toned and chiseled arms doesn’t mean they are very strong, you can’t deny that having a pair of visually appealing and muscular arms are much better to look at.
So perhaps it’s high time for you to hit the gym and do some dumbell routines to grow your biceps, triceps, and your forearms. More importantly, you should work with exercises that not only build muscle mass, but give you that strength as well.
What good is a pair of muscular arms if those muscles don’t have power behind them?
