As strength training coach Riccardo Bianucci puts it, it doesn’t matter if you have powerful legs if you can’t transmit that power to the upper body.

“It’s like building a Formula 1 car,” Bianucci said. “You have the best engine ever but you don’t know how to transmit this power forward.”
